Although initially the staff was friendly enough, my experience was extremely poor. The Assistant was unable to properly create temporary crowns on 2 occasions and left me with extremely ill fitting teeth for 2 weeks. The Impressions were also poorly made causing the permanent crowns to not fit properly at all. They were too big, but Dr. Wallace was determined to force them in anyway, breaking the root of one of the teeth being replaced as well as an adjoining tooth. Not really Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Definitely How would you rate your experience with this provider? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Did this provider rush your appointment?
