After 4+ years as a perfect tenant, out of the blue, the owner (John L. Zambito) who lives in the Tampa Florida area, decided to accuse me of something that never happened and without apologizing for his actions. If you like an owner/dictator you’ll be right at home. Otherwise I would find another rental facility!
Had anyone else been to Marion Beavers to check on you camper as of late. We stored our camper there until 7/28/2019. When we picked it up we noticed there was something that looked like paint all over the back. We noticed it was on all the campers that are stored there. Does anyone have any knowledge what this might be from. It so please contact me via FB. Thank You.
