When my car died over the holiday weekend, and I found out Tuesday the motor was shot, I contacted Ted to see about a replacement vehicle. The next day he sent a car to my home, 90 miles away, and towed my dead car back to Marion for trade-in value. He and John took care of everything: insurance, title, financing. This is why my family has continued to do business with them through 4 generations of drivers. I couldn't be happier right now.

I wouldn't even say poor i would say more like zero feed back because it was a terrible dealer. Back in January my dad went to look at a 3/4 ton pickup that he still has sitting on his lot and he wanted to know what he would gave for his trade in and the salesman price it to make it sound good lintel the next day where he said i over value your trade and said he don't think he could move the car if we did the trade making it still cost the same as a new pickup.
