Follow the fine example Dr. Tremblay has set... When Dr. Tremblay operated Marion Animal Hospital, he was MORE than a 5 star vet. Yes, his sense of humor was dry, and probably misunderstood by most, but his care and concern for the animals and for their "parents" is unsurpassed. My dad would bring our pets to him and often I would accompany him to the hospital & was mesmerized by this phenomenal man. The New Vets Are Awesome! I never took my dog to see the old vet - but the two new female vets are great! Dr. Francis was knowledgeable and listened to everything i said. Plus, the offices are now super high tech with computers in all the exam rooms (and still lime green from the 1950s!). And they offer an in-house grooming service. I don't know much about vet prices - but these seem totally reasonable to me. If you're looking for a local vet - I highly recommend checking this place out.
Wonderful service with a smile We take our Boxer to the Marion Animal Hospital and have always had exceptional service with a smile. Dr. Tremblay is extremely knowledgeable, attentive to our dog and has such a hysterical sense of humor! We feel safe and confident having chosen Marion Animal Hospital. They do not over charge for their services and will accommodate any income. We were recommended by a family member and have recommended their office many, many times again without any hesitation!
New Owners a blessing I take my animals to Marion Animal Hospital- with that being said yes Dr. Trembaly was a great vet but the new owner Dr. Rachel Francis is outstanding!!! Also Dr. Kelly Temple is wonderful. The hospital is now up to date with technology needed to care for my pets. And the prices are so reasonable it's ridiculous!!! No, Just NO I took my German Shepherd in in June for a follow up after she was spayed and they did a stool sample, after which I never heard back so I assumed she was fine. Last month the day care I take her to contacted them for a check up report including the result of her last stool sample. At this time I received a call from Dr. Suh accusing me of not taking care of/following up with them after my dog tested positive for round worms. Our cat needs emergency care. Called Marion Animal Hospital and been a customer for 20 years plus. They told us we could not get an appointment because we have not been there since 2018. Have not been able to get there earlier this year due to COVID and the pets have not needed care so why tie up a valuable resource. Can’t get an appointment anywhere for our dying beloved cat. RecommendedThey have been so wonderful to our dog Buoy. He was hit by a truck and a boat that was being towed. The whole staff has been great and very caring.
Disappointment is an understatement. My family has been patients here forever but this last Incident was the final straw for me. I have NEVER been talked to so awfully by a grown man who is the office manager. very upsetting.
The staff at Marion Animal Hospital is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. They always take such good care of my girl, and always have her best interest in mind. They are timely when booking appointments, and always follow up to make sure the patient is feeling ok after their visits. Our cat needed surgery in January and Dr B was amazing from start to finish. I feel confident taking my pet there for all of her needs.
