Our cat needs emergency care. Called Marion Animal Hospital and been a customer for 20 years plus. They told us we could not get an appointment because we have not been there since 2018. Have not been able to get there earlier this year due to COVID and the pets have not needed care so why tie up a valuable resource. Can’t get an appointment anywhere for our dying beloved cat. RecommendedThey have been so wonderful to our dog Buoy. He was hit by a truck and a boat that was being towed. The whole staff has been great and very caring.
Disappointment is an understatement. My family has been patients here forever but this last Incident was the final straw for me. I have NEVER been talked to so awfully by a grown man who is the office manager. very upsetting.
The staff at Marion Animal Hospital is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. They always take such good care of my girl, and always have her best interest in mind. They are timely when booking appointments, and always follow up to make sure the patient is feeling ok after their visits. Our cat needed surgery in January and Dr B was amazing from start to finish. I feel confident taking my pet there for all of her needs.
Dr. Bikis and staff helped a situation that could have been extremely sad become a happy ending. Thank you so much for helping Bitties, and getting him back on track to being his normal kitty self 💗 I highly recommend this office.

love everyone there; from the receptionist, techs and drs. they have been so caring and loving to our dog chewy. understood are financial struggles and worked with us.

The staff at this hospital are amazing, I had just gotten my dog spayed last week. They called the day after the surgery to see how she was doing, something most doctors for humans wouldn’t even do. They are always there to answer any questions I got as well.
