Best realtor I've ever had, goes above and beyond. Helps to have someone with experience to navigate all the complexities of real estate - its a lot more complicated than just finding a home that you like and can afford. Mario helps with all of it. The sellers' realtor messed up a few items on some of the paperwork, which Mario caught and corrected, preventing a huge problem later, so he's still paying attention to detail. He really treats you like family

Mario was excellent! He would keep me in the loop through the entire process, meet with me at every inspection, was very thorough in neighborhood knowledge, construction experience, preparing documents, and having an excellent team to walk me through buying my first home.
