We had a very negative experience Mario & Son’s Remodeling and the owner Mario. He drafts very vague contracts and leaves a lot of items in the air, this really limits your legal options and he knows all these. Mario signed a contract with me to finish a job in 5 months but he did it in 19 months! What is shocking is, he still did not finish the job after 19 months and left several things and got away. We found Mario and his team on home depot pros services list- they provided fast and fantastic service to meet our budget needs and in 24h we had a hand railing installed. They went above and beyond with their professionalism, clear communication, and followup to ensure satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a seamless remodeling experience!
Worst experience ever! Took almost 3 weeks to finish job that should’ve taken 1 week. Not only was I displaced to hotel for that time but came back to this ceiling job!! Then he laid my laminate floor without the vapor barrier . He lies and his work is horrible . I had another leak a few months later and not only did it take a 1 Man crew only 5 days to do the same work that took Mario 3 weeks , but it turns out I was charged for material and labor of installation that was NOT used - the have never had a worse experience !!’ ... read more
