Absolutely terrible. Way overpriced and a the worst service I’ve ever been given. The mounting of a TV with installing electrical took three weeks and ultimately never completed. DO NOT use these guys. They either don’t show up, cancel or show up hours late. Mario is very disorganized and uses traffic as an excuse to show up hours late. He is not polite or understanding and full of excuses.
Mario was honest and upfront with all costs and expectations. He replaced all the flooring in our mud room and kitchen without issues and on budget. Mario and his assistant Lisa are very friendly and responsive, great customer service! We look forward to doing our next project with them!
Mario & Sons are fist glass contractor. I purchased a 8' ft Shade that I could not hang on my own. Referd to my by my local Home Depot located in Glendale, IL. In a mater of 2 ( two) hours it was up. Professional and Courtsey is how this company works. Pricing is more than fair.
These guys are the best. Reliable, everyone has been courteous and they did a great job. I have used Mario and Sons help for 2 projects now and am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future!
