I recommend every go here the service is extremely good the are very patient with u and the really help u out is was my first time buying a car and it was a extremely good service and i appreciate ms Maribel she is awesome
Small car lots get a bad rep but not this place! Bought a truck from here in 2020 and the process was fairly easy. Fair prices and they work with you. Maribel is so awesome, very good at reminding when payment is due and her customer service is just great! To this day, the truck hasn't needed any major repairs, just typical maintenance. Highly recommend, you won't regret buying a used vehicle from here!
Purchased my 2012 Kia Optima from Mario Motors , the staff was friendly and welcoming, they took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. They also are very understanding and will work with you. Ms Maribel has been great, and helped me with my payments after changing jobs.
I purchased my car from there yesterday and I received very good customer service and was treated very nicely. They do work with you on the down payments, on car insurance and payments. I'm kind of Erie on purchasing cars from them small car lots but there at Mario Motors they work with you and are very helpful. I would recommend them to anybody. Was recommended this place by a friend I went and had to put a big down payment for 2019 impala had messed up tint messed up paint job ran alright it was going good then i was 2 1/2 weeks late on a payment they doubled it for no reason they just want your money my car had gotten repossessed and I was just shocked at that point because that was quick like come on now , I had to wait to see if they’d work with me again so that took a week with no car ended up getting it back $ …. and then fast forward it happened again recen... read more
