My experience with him was horrible! He definitely made me feel small as a patient. I was in a great amount of pain and he treated me as if l were lying !! I left there in tears !!! I immediately called and reported him! I did make a video and it went viral!!!!
Was very please with the overall dr visit..the moment I walked in the door the medical assistant was very polite, greeted me properly, she was very nice, therefore I was already comfortable and feeling relaxed..afterwards moved to the back for x ray and that was quick and also felt comfortable then went right into a room where I had conversation with the nurse or his assistant. I give Dr. Lobao a ZERO ! His beside manner is absolutely terrible. THERE IS NOT A SINGLE GOOD WORD I CAN SAY ABOUT DR.LOBAO I CALLED PATIENT ADVOCATE AND THE OFFICER MANAGER TO GET ME IN WITH A NEW DOCTOR. I WILL NEVER BE IN HIS CARE AGAIN. I EVEN GAVE HIM A THIRD TRY, RESULT WAS JUST AS BAD.DR. CHAUVIN DID MY SURGERY ORIGINALLY AND HE REMOVED THE HOOK PLATE THEN HIS JOB WAS DONE AND REFERED ME TO DR. LOBAO. WORST MISTAKE EVER
