I have been with Dr. Roybal for years and I was seen yesterday by the new Dr. Nguyen and I am not sure what the hell happened. Went to a my cleaning 6 months with NO ISSUES and yesterday well I have 9 issues and a lot of other work to be done and I am not sure where the ball fell either Roybal missed it or the new Dr is that good that she is just preventing things from going on but I have always asked because I am paranoid about my teeth and ask every time how are my teeth? Best dental experience!!! I used to hate the dentist, but Dr. Nguyen made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. I went to couple other places for specific pain, and no one could figure out the problem. She found the problem immediately and was able to fix it right away. She was thorough and explained everything so that I can understand better. Haven't had any pain since! Staff was also super friendly and easy to talk to!
Great staff. EVERYONE was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this office, it is extremely important that dental care be handled thoroughly and gently, this is the place because they do. Although I still feel the staff is very friendly and helpful This last cleaning I was given completely inaccurate information by Dr. Nguyen when I asked her "what exactly is a crown" when she suggested one.
