Went in to have two smaller chips in my front tooth bonded and went back a few days later as one tooth was bigger than the other as well as a large chunk of bonding that wasn’t blended. Well, as dentist Miss Nguyen was doing the bonding she did not separate my two front teeth!!! She then proceeded to use a tool to separate them which caused a chunk of my front tootg to come out creating a hole in my front tooth. She quickly got up and just walked out.
