Great job with dentist
When I used to live in the area I tried to go to the nearest dental office to my apartment complex because I was in excruciating pain. The receptionist was the absolute rudest person I have ever met, and had NO KNOWLEDGE whatsoever about Tricare dental insurance. She kept insisting Tricare doesn't have dental plans and is not a dental insurance (spoiler alert-they do have dental plans and dental insurance) and turned me away completely.
