If I had my choice, I would only work with The Gaccione property management team. I have worked with the Gaccione's for years, and they have always provided amazing service and support for their clients/renters. I rented many houses from them and never had any issues - always very easy to work with. Some property management companies are nightmares - trying to nickel and dime you for everything, not responding. Not the Gaccione's. Where do I even begin with this company? To say we had a good experience with Larissa & Gaccione Property Mgmt would be a gross understatement and I’ll try to explain without simply gushing. My elderly Mother and myself had the BEST experience working with the Gaccione Property Management Team. The process from start to finish was excellent. The communication has been stellar and I would Highly recommend anyone looking for a property manager or needing a property to rent utilizing this team! 5+ Stars.
We have had occasions both for sale/purchase of houses and rental . Of working with Gaccione family . We can safely say that they made us happy. Shannon and Larissa worked closely with us and due to their professional expertise and friendliness became like family. They are highly recommended.
