Incredible property manager. Larissa is the best. She's always on top of anything needing attention. I've never had anyone as on top of things as she is. She's always checking to see if there's anything needs taken care of. And when there is she's rite in top of it getting the rite person to take care of it. It's been a blessing to rent with her thank you Larissa for all you do.
My landlord is amazing she is so patient and understand and willing to work with you as long as you work with her. She tries her best to help her tenants and she is always kind and sweet and honest I truly appreciate her
My family and I spent the last 2 days jumping through hoops because the representative paired with us did not want to do her job. When we finally got the paperwork sorted out, they decided to raise the security deposit from $2800 to $4000, on a home whose rent would have been $2400 a month. This was not including the first month's rent deposit, the application fee, $280 for 4 adults, and the $100 administration fee due before we could even move in. Terrible, unhelpful, unresponsive, I had to initiate everything, they were are not flexible and up front about their contracts and payment. Don’t list your house with them, you will for sure have angry renters and innocent landlords.
If I had my choice, I would only work with The Gaccione property management team. I have worked with the Gaccione's for years, and they have always provided amazing service and support for their clients/renters. I rented many houses from them and never had any issues - always very easy to work with. Some property management companies are nightmares - trying to nickel and dime you for everything, not responding. Not the Gaccione's.
