I have been trying to get in touch with Ruberte's office for days. I called and sat on the phone for 35 minutes with no answer, multiple times. I have reached out through my CVS app multiple times to get my medication refilled through Ruberte, my primary health provider. My app said they have reached out twice, and I have been without medicine for an entire week. It's a good thing people don't depend on medicine to help with disorders. Thanks a lot, Ruberte and your office, for really being there.
Dr Ruberte is thorough, caring, and helpful. He is the only dr who has helped me through my chronic pain.
Terrible el servicio si uno pregunta mucho el señor se molesta se para y se va súper grosero uno debe escuchar lo que el quiera decir mandan exámenes que no están no los leen que mal médico. No lo recomiendo la solución del señor es más medicamentos cambiar de laboratorio y dar más y más no investigan el verdadera causa de los dolores de las personas terrible !!
