I have been a patient of Dr Carbonells for about 4 years & in that time I have been very happy with my care! Recently his office considered switching over to concierge service called mdvip. Many doctors are doing this to try to get back to a smaller practice to try and give more personalized care. However after he seen that many of his patients simply could not afford it he decided not to do this! This speaks volumes to how much he and his staff care for their patients! I can’t thank this man enough for his expertise, vast knowledge and compassionate caring nature. He really cares about his patients and I never feel rushed! His office staff reflects his values and are wonderful!! I highly recommend Dr. Carbonell.
I transferred to Dr. Carbonell recently from a Millennium physician. I've had a couple appointments and I can't say enough about the office and staff. Wow...what a nice change! The practice is small and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and organized. I know who I'm talking to when I call; and no playing games with phone prompts....it's always a live person! Terrible follow-up. Was told the doctor does not answer questions on the phone, you have to make an appointment. Very unprofessional receptionist.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Carbonell since 2015. Very pleased with his care and his Staff. It gives us peace of mind to know if we develop a problem, a quick phone call gets us a solution.He is very caring and will always spend time listening.
After a major health concern arise. I choose to go see Dr Carbonell. I was pleasantly surprised as he took the time to listen, expressed concern and explained the steps that we would be taking and options for treatment. I have been to other Drs before where they just zip you through without actually listening and make you come back over and over. Not the case with this Dr. It is Welcomed relief that there are still Drs that genuinely care
I had something pop up, and needed to see a doctor. He told me I was a bad patient, because I had only seen him twice in the past year and a half, and that I was only looking for a doctor to see when I was sick. Honestly, I thought most people only see doctors when they are sick. They left a message on my voicemail telling me they were canceling my appointment, if I have an issue go to an urgent care. Their patients come in at least 6x a year.
Dr Carbonell is a caring, competent Doctor who actually listens. He has a great staff!
He is like a friend. Explains clearly medical conditions, diagnostic and prognosis. I had a great experience with my doctor and now my husband and my mother became patients of Dr. Carbonell
