These people won't stop harassing me with text messages about my expired listing. I've called twice, each time speaking to Mario, who promises to take me off of the list but never does. My cell number is private, but it doesn't stop them. Any realtor that has to constantly text a private number for a listing that was taken off the market 9 months earlier seems too desperate to me. A warning to prospective clients.
Mario set me and my mom up with our new home while we were living out of state. It could have been such a difficult process but he made it so easy for us. He kept us well informed every step of the way and went above and beyond the duties of a realtor. He set us up with everything, and I mean EVERYTHING we needed, even after we closed he stayed involved to assist us with updates on the house.
