I buy again from them!!!! I purchased a new car that had issues and I put 300 miles on it , then took it back and I purchased a new one , they made thing right and made me very happy .
I wish I could give this place a negative star six weeks to fix a head lining issue and then do it incorrectly. I have no idea if the sales team is any good but the service department has along way to go in the customer service department. If the individuals working here do not like there job then they should quit not give the customers their attitude you chose this job not the other way around.
I took my Jeep Wrangler here not once but twice for the same leaking issue. The first time they had the car for only a few hours, the second time it took three days for them to even look at it again. Both times, the car leaked the very next day. They didn't fix the problem at all and I also found them to be pretty unfriendly. I would not recommend taking your car there for service.
The sales guy was an idiot! How do you sell a product that you know nothing about? This kid tried to tell me that in order to have a hardtop, I have to have leather seats, then proceeded to tell me that jeep bring layers do not have power windows, then told me, I could not have a jeep the way I wanted it… I can only have a jeep the way it looks, as is! I am friends with an individual who purchased a new Jeep with under 200 miles on it and it has operated far under expectations for the vehicle described by sales representatives. I find it hard to believe that a dealership of this "status" would provide such substandard service.
