My name is Mr. King I've been out here for about 4 years for the most part I'm satisfied. Maintenance responds pretty quickly. No situation is never perfect. But for the most part I'm satisfied
I’m a current resident. I have been with out heat for 8 days. The inside of my apartment is 55 degrees. I have called multiple times and no one answers the phone. I have left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails and no one responds. I have called emergency maintenance three times and no maintenance has shown up. Me and my two children are extremely uncomfortable. My heater does not turn on at all. I was sad when I came in and Shanell was not there . She was moving me along in my application process because the previous consultant star failed to do so . I really liked Shanell and will not be applying
