They are the worst! My girlfriend and I went up the LAST week trying to get a unit, she said she had one in late June or August. She gave us a application and told us to email her our important documents. I called not even 10 minutes ago seeing if it was okay to drop our application fees off, and she told me she doesn't have anymore available units until September! They are not worth it!
I do not want to give them no stars. The property manager is so unprofessional. They never pick up the phone. The apartments are a mess. They are infected with mold and plants growing inside the home. If you are trying to get sick, then you need to move out there if you’re not trying to get sick stay away from this place. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received over the phone from one of the team members at the apartment complex. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable—she answered all my questions clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across someone so professional and friendly. She really went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated her help.
