I love Mariner’s village. I’ve lived here for more than 5 years and I call this place home. Recently, we’ve got an upgrade and moved to the newly renovated apartment! Diana was helping us to transition and she is a superstar!!!!
When I moved in there was a huge gap under my door, my dog could see everyone walking by and hear everything. It made her very anxious and she pulled up the carpet trying to escape under the large door gap and the carpet was not securely installed under the door frame. I let Dustin know and he said he would fix it himself but that I would have to pay for professional work. He cancelled for me having dogs and was very hard to get a hold of. I originally found this hidden gem by accident years ago. Since then, life took me to different states, but I eventually moved back because I realized there is simply no better place to live! The atmosphere is unmatched and I am so happy to be home.
I am a current resident and have lived here for over two years. While the location has potential, my experience with management and resident services has been consistently frustrating. Parking enforcement has felt uneven. I have personally experienced vehicles sitting in the same spots for extended periods without intervention from resident services or parking enforcement.
