I would not recommend living here. The leasing office staff protect their employees even when there is misconduct. The same applies to security — especially the head of security, Anna, whose behavior is highly unprofessional. Here is my experience: I accidentally left my bag in a common area. A neighbor noticed it and called the leasing office. Shortly after, an employee came, picked up the bag, took a photo of the empty spot and left. My neighbor witnessed this from his balcony. Dear Mariners Village Office, I posted 5 stars when I first moved here some time ago, raving about the service and responsiveness of your property management. But now I too am disappointed that my experience here has deteriorated in the past year as a result of your increased inattention that could all have been avoided and resolved in less than it took.
