Excellent Service! Mr. Greg Miranda did a fantastic job fixing my leaking toilet sink on a Sunday. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and even replaced the old pipes without any hassle. Highly skilled and professional—definitely recommend him!
Overall, Mariners Village is a beautiful community, but the ongoing parking issues are seriously detracting from the resident experience. On multiple occasions, designated spaces have been double-sold and double-assigned without any documented record or notification. When I brought these incidents to management's attention, the response was that such overlaps "always happen," and I observed no effort to correct the underlying process failures.
