I lived at Mariners Landing for 2 years. Management staff was rude, unorganized and inconsiderate. One time they took me to court accusing me of not paying my rent, luckily I had my receipt. In 2007 there was a rain storm and Mariners Landing flooded so bad 3/4 of the apartments had to be evacuated. Mostly all the tenents forced to move lost all their possesions due to water damage and got no help from Mariners landing. Most people were forced to live in shelters.
