We have been here 4 or 5 years. This is our home. I own a house in Tacoma and would never go back. I believe we are family at mariners glen and will have our differences. There are rules and I am glad. If I break them I expect to be told. I feel safe here and I feel my grandchildren are safe as well as long as long as they are on the property. You think rates increase too much be a home owner and then start to really complain! Everything jumps ..taxes...power..garbage...water...sewer drainage...my home has no pool let alone ... read more
