Mariners Glen is a piece of trash. That's all I have say about that.
I enjoyed living there. We had an updated 2/1 that definitely needed more storage space, and but it was livable. I loved the beautiful, well-kept dog park; no other apartments offer a dog park like this one, especially one of this size. Price is high for such a tight space that's outdated; I do like the amenities, however.
Im about to sign a lease for our 2nd year here! We love it here. Anytime we've needed maintenance the guys are here and get it done the next day! I like the gym, pool and my 2 yrs old son likes the playgrounds. I hope our 2nd year here is as good as our first! I love my home ☺
I lived here 1 month now and the office ladies are so nice and all way there to help ty all
Beware of making the biggest mistake of your life.. Mold haven you won't believe.. They will deny it to your face that there's a mold problem instead of try to fix it... they already blocked me on their Facebook for negative comments... appliance are mostly 20 years old and falling apart... it'll take the maintenance about six time to fix a fridge before they will consider to replace the junk fridge or stove.. they will nickel and dime you out of your security deposit even after you left the place spotless...
