Lived here for over 2 years and was great all around the landlord and her family do a great job of maintaining the property and are quick to help with any issues. Very quiet and safe area as well.
We have lived here will be 14 years this September. Absolutely love love it. Extremely quite! Never had to wait on repairs. Owners are at you door before you are off the phone. Zero tolerance for anything or one who doesn't respect the other tenants, the property, owners,and rules. This ship is a family that cares for their tenants,property and expects us to do the same. My family and I have lived here for two years now. We love it! Very quiet and clean. We never have a problem with any of our neighbors. The landlord/owner, Anna, is very responsive and helpful! Her family is very sweet. Thankful this is privately owned! Highly recommend!!
Clean, organized and the management is also very good.
