The complex is family owned. I loved Anna and her family. The villas are well maintained, with excellent grounds keeping. The whole complex is very quiet. I have lived here for 10 years and I love it.
Lived here for over 2 years and was great all around the landlord and her family do a great job of maintaining the property and are quick to help with any issues. Very quiet and safe area as well.
We have lived here will be 14 years this September. Absolutely love love it. Extremely quite! Never had to wait on repairs. Owners are at you door before you are off the phone. Zero tolerance for anything or one who doesn't respect the other tenants, the property, owners,and rules. This ship is a family that cares for their tenants,property and expects us to do the same.
