We love this place! The sunset from our balcony is amazing. The place is very well kept. We have been here twice and will continue to return.
Don't stay in 505 mariner east it's nasty the furniture us gross I'm kind of stuck don't have another 2 grand to get a place quick it's a 1 bedroom with bunk beds in a hole the wall they say is 2 bedroom don't fall for it unless you don't care about nasty furniture.
We love these condos. We are not fans of super crowded beaches, slow elevators, and hard to find parking spots. Mariner East has none of this.if you're looking for the same, this is your place.
Even though it's at capacity, the beach has plenty of room! Elevator is very quick, hardly ever have to wait!! Quiet, conservative.
We have stayed at both, Mariners East, and West. We have enjoyed our time at both. East seemed to be a little bit calmer. Love PCB.
