The great staff, nice facilities! This was a great decision for us, makes boating so easy.
I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the service dept. I recently bought an older Grady white and the water pump went out. After finding no one to work on it I took it to marine max. I spoke with Wayne and he said they usually don't work on >10 year old boats they didn't sell but bring it in and we will perform a "b service". Perfect option since it was new to me. When it was ready the price was $200 less than quoted, Dave, the tech took the time to walk out to the boat and explain everything as if they had sold me ... read more
Best service possible. Even on used boats. Bought a 2013 Chaparral and you'd think it was brand new off the line. Thanks to Scott Churchill and Rick. They made the process easy for us. �and let's not forget about captain Greg who gave us a great lesson on our first trip.
