A HUGE THANK YOU!!! to the people from Marine Max for the special day they provided for the veterans of the Point Pleasant Elks Lodge #1698 25th Anniversary fluke tournament. I had a blast on a trip of a lifetime on the boat they provided to take us fishing. Dean ( manager and fellow sailor),Brian ( captain ), Travis (mate), Scott ( mate in charge of alarm clocks), Jess ( mate) we’re awesome. We caught a bunch of fish many species. And had a blast. Thanks again.
Today I attended Women in Water. Outstanding experience. It’s free and the education and training is priceless. Kudos to all involved- Bob, Caleb, Sherrie and Clint for a job well done. I would highly recommend to any woman that wants hands-on training (on the water) plus navigation and safety skills.
Have owned my boat for a month and it broke down again for the 5th time. Pretty sure I got stuck with a lemon and 10/10 would never by another boat here.
