Second boat purchase from MarineMax, and they’ve also sold one for me. We couldn’t be happier with the service and attention to detail from everyone we’ve ever dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone in the market to buy or sell a boat!
They do not stand behind their work. It’s a long story but after repair our boat would not reverse when driving home from marine max and loading on home dock lift. Never expected that so when we were going into slip and reversing to adjust boat onto lift it would not reverse. So we ran into brand new dock and smashed new trolling motor. Not going fast, just normal docking. Marine max could not reproduce the issue and will not replace trolling motor and dock damage. My father came in to look at a couple of Boston whalers and was told by the very rude representative that's on your youtube videos that he couldn't afford it!! Well first of all how the heck would you know and secondly even though I run a very successful construction company and would be buying for my father, I will never do so at Marinemax with a pompous jerk like that talking down to potential customers.
Great sales team. Terrific service. Wonderful location and facility. Local owners club offers great benefits to purchacers of MarineMax Ft. Myers boats. Comes Highly recommended.
