He took close to 4 weeks to get the paperwork to our finance company. Almost lost the house due to closing past contract date. Nothing but excuses was given including, it was sent back to him for "corrections?" delaying it, had a bad back in which Noone else can finish the paperwork, etc. Definitely not an appraiser to deal with unless your not wanting to close in a normal time frame.
