I chose Marine Street Lofts. as my home, 6 months ago. I’m extremely happy with my choice. The management team is friendly and very helpful. Brianna and Donna go above and beyond. Big shoutout to the maintenance team too. Eddie is friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful. Thank you all from making this Louisiana transplant feel welcomed.
I tried calling to inquire about an apartment and I keep getting the run arounds. They tell me to call back in a few minutes and when I do I get the emergency service only to be told they are busy. I'm probably going to try calling somewhere else.
Seems like a nice place, but they let me schedule a tour only for me to go all the way there and find out that there are no apartments for lease until August and that they have space available on old shell. Why wouldn’t you have told me that over the phone? Pretty unprofessional and disrespectful in my opinion. Do Better Marine Street Lofts, Do Better🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤷🏽🤷🏽🤷🏽
