I tried calling to inquire about an apartment and I keep getting the run arounds. They tell me to call back in a few minutes and when I do I get the emergency service only to be told they are busy. I'm probably going to try calling somewhere else.

Seems like a nice place, but they let me schedule a tour only for me to go all the way there and find out that there are no apartments for lease until August and that they have space available on old shell. Why wouldn’t you have told me that over the phone? Pretty unprofessional and disrespectful in my opinion. Do Better Marine Street Lofts, Do Better🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤷🏽🤷🏽🤷🏽

Apartment unit is nice, staff is always nice HOWEVER, 1. They only allow ATT (which is horrible service) and I need internet for work so if internet is big for you keep that in mind. 2. The elevator has gone out 3 times and I have only lived here for 2 months and when it is out they are slow at getting it fixed so it can be out for a day or more. 3. I can’t give an honest review of the facility because I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone that will assist me. I have been trying contact management for several days now to inquire more Information about the apartment complex and unit availability, however I keep getting transferred to an emergency over flow line. The young lady that answers the phone is unenthusiastic and unable to provide me with any information. Doesn’t seem like anyone works in the leasing office.
