They have had my boat almost all summer and still haven’t fixed it. Every time I call or go by they have some lame excuse. I didn’t get to take my grandkids to the lake at all this summer. They even had it at all the holidays this past summer. I will never recommend them to anyone.
They have had my Boat for 5 weeks and the issue has still not been resolved. Pretty much no communication unless I called for four weeks. Clay then said I would have answer in two days. Two days later the Tech called and provided good feedback and said I should have my boat back by the weekend. Great news right? Wrong! Weekend came and went with no fix for the Boat. Great help! Micheal swaford is by far the best help there. As soon as you walk in he’s shaking your hand asking how you’ve been. They’ll help you find what your looking for everytime.
This is the only place around that carries the oil I use and they are cheaper than anywhere else I have found. If there is anything you need go see Michael and he'll fix you up. Great guy to deal with. Couldn't ask for a better place for all your boating needs.
Have been here probably 6 times with various issues. They have been very responsive and helpful. Michael and Matt just helped me yesterday with diagnosing my misfire on my 150 HP Johnson that is old as dirt. Another trip i bought a new Helix fish finder that was $5.00 less than the same identical unit that Bass Pro had on sale with a regular price of $100 higher. Great place, great help.
