We bought a boat from them 3 years ago! Great experience until it was time to pick it up! Nothing done to it that was promised when we signed on the dotted line! Swore we’d never be back. After hearing they were under new management went back just a month or so ago! Seemed to be better but then when we spoke to the finance guy I believe it was JD! He poured on the fake charm! I took my Sea Ray in for maintenance. The service person was very rude. They did not follow my request for the repairs that were important to me. Rather, they seemed more interested in being critical that I had an older boat that did need repairs. I did not feel that they could be trusted. I finally told them to quit working on the boat.
