Have lived here for over 4 yrs now and the place has changed hands four times. They keep increasing the rent, but do not update the units except new ones. It is very family oriented and there are no crazies here. Also, they have been nice on the pet policy. I like it, but you can find a newer place for the price thus we are looking for a newer place.
