Very upset. Left early from work to tour an apartment. Scheduled the appointment 5 business days in advance. Got here and no one is at the leasing office. Doors are locked. Balloons and decor on the floor of someone’s office. Sign says they’re open til 6pm. Called the phone multiple times and no one answered. No notification to reschedule appointment or courtesy call to cancel appointment or at least let me know no one would be there. Catrice, Kierstin, Joe, and Yolanda are all awesome staff that we had when we lived at Marina Villa. They are very responsive to inquiries and service tickets and very approachable and communicative. The amenities like the gym, pool, grill, and bike storage were nice to have.
I’ve lived here for 4 years. I love the apartment in general but the front office is no existent. They don’t answer or return phone calls.
