First off I want to say my ONLY good point would be that Dr Warren is very informative most of the time. However my last visit I asked her questions and she looked right on her computer and gave me the AI response answer like I couldn’t have done that at home. The previous reviews about communication are 100% correct because if you call usually after 1pm they stop answering. Maybe they should have more than one person for phone calls? The place itself is clean, nice, and very pleasant—you really can’t say anything negative about the environment. However, the experience with the staff was disappointing. From the moment you walk in, there’s little to no acknowledgment until it’s your turn to be called. If you’re a Tricare patient please go else where… their billing is very deceptive. First hand I needed a referral and Tricare authorization to even be seen which had to verified prior to schedule which I understand. They sent me a statement for $460 that states “Tricare east, notified us that you were not covered under this plan”. I talked to billing they told me they submitted the claim to Tricare and it was denied due to my benefits number. I verified that they had the correct benefits number which they did. I had a consistently poor experience with Dr. Warren’s Marina Shores OB/GYN practice over two years as a GYN patient. The care felt rushed and superficial—both nurse practitioners I saw asked very few questions, and I was told I’d need a separate appointment to ask any questions that didn't pertain to my annual exam. THE WORST PLACE WE HAVE EVER BEEN. My wife and I drove here from several hours away because it's where our PCM directed us to go (Tricare) and when I walked in to speak with the front desk I was greeted by 3 catty and absolutely nasty rude women. They proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I was being "demanding" by asking if they could do more than just ask my wife some questions considering how far we had to travel.
