I've been calling for 2 days to schedule an appointment for reduced fetal movement and no one picks up the phone it's ridiculous
I have been a patient at this practice for four years, and while the providers have been good, the administrative side has been consistently frustrating. In those four years, I have not been able to reach the reception or billing department by phone even once. Calls either go unanswered or are disconnected almost immediately. Resolving even simple issues has always been unnecessarily difficult. My latest experience was unacceptable. My original appointment was canceled by the practice. if i could give them negative stars i would! Truly horrible establishment, if you want to feel like you are being shamed for your body and talked about behind your back then this place is perfect for you, i don't feel safe or comfortable, between the rude receptionists that don't answer the phone half the time to when they do pickup and it seems like you are bothering them, to the actual doctors. they just want to take your money and your time and offer no help. I'd definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Rude and dismissive to my wife, no way to contact them via phone, going months without any word on important blood-work.
Been coming here for several years with no issues. But they rescheduled my appointment 3-4 times ( the recent one with very good reasoning ). However, the way the staff handles these situations feels unapologetic and absolutely poor customer service. I expressed my appointment was moved multiple times before and the person on the other line said “ well that’s not my fault, what do you want me to do about it “… very professional
