This place has zero customer service! They have canceled so many appointments and they dont every apologize. I would 100% avoid this place if you could.
I was referred to Marina Shores through my insurance for HT. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a lovely front staff and awesome practitioner Mrs. Orton. I appreciate their help through this new phase in my life. It was nice to have such warmth and knowledge.
This is the best OB office I have ever been to in all of America. The staff is beautiful inside and out, and Dr. Warren has changed my life for the better. I no longer have to fear my women’s health visits, and I am actually excited to go in now. The office has beautiful art everywhere, followed by a very tranquil vibe. The staff is also very kindhearted, accommodating, and personable. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication :). You all have changed my life in the best way possible!
EDIT: I said I would so here’s my updated review. I did eventually hear from their billing department. I got the usual “I was going to call you next” response. I asked if she was aware of the new claims info for my insurance and she said she knew, so there went that benefit of the doubt. I’m not sure what the hang up was, but it did get taken care of. We have been calling them for over a month and no one answered or called us back. Due to our baby being born premature out of state. No one has called us or wondering why we haven't came in or scheduled another appointment.
