We had a fabulous stay at Marina Riviera in Big Bear Lake. The setting is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by mountains and forest, with the lake right at the foot of the hotel. It’s an idyllic place to relax and enjoy the sunset over the water, while still being within walking distance of the charming little town. Mi esposa y yo visitamos el hotel viendo que era 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones llena de polvo y churre, pelos en los lavamanos. En las sábanas no hay higiene ninguna; se puede sentir que los materiales de construcción son económicos y se escucha los pasos de la gente en la madrugada. Incredible first stay! I came here after a horrible experience at another hotel, and it completely turned my trip around. The front desk was so warm and welcoming, and the restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how included and comfortable everyone made me feel.
