Great place and views!! Much needed place on the lake!
Sound proofing between floors is ineffective.
This is our absolute favorite place to stay in Big Bear. The hotel is conveniently located on the shore of the lake. All rooms have a water view. Hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown village shops, and restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay as incredible as possible. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The on-site bar restaurant has wonderful views with working fire pits.
Honestly, we've stayed in over 7 locations around big bear. This is the best value for money. It might be slightly more expensive but the beds are great, the amenities are great and the staff are always amazing. Especially the lady always on reception. I wish I knew her name! She is amazing. The location is unbeatable, it has reverse cycle aircon so your not in a GAS heater hot box with no airflow. Sauna, Hot tub pool in summer and the food on the deck is great. You won't regret booking this place.
Currently sitting up at midnight for the second night in a row listening to every single footstep of the room above me. This is absurd for the price. Put all that Reno money into the wrong things.
