What i dislike about Marina Point, is the PARKING!!!!!! Its ridiculous i dont understand why we the (tenants). Have to technically pay for parking. \$95 dollars plus the storage fee isnt easy to come up with if you have bills. Something needs to be done about this situation.If this doesnt change you will be soon losing a lot of your tenants. We are very upset and angry about this matter. Thank you -tenant ps- overall everything is good except, parking.
My biggest regret was ever moving here. The staff is unprofessional. They post notices from the front office on the tenants doors so everyone can see their personal business instead of calling them or leaving a note requesting for the tenant to come to the rental office. They also do not have assigned parking and sometimes the tenants do not have parking spots, are forced to park on the side of the street at risk of getting injured or having their vehicles hit by speeding cars (in the parking lot) or across the street, in a ... read more
