I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Marina Oaks Apartments. For the past four years, I have had a persistent leak at my front entrance due to the building’s roof, and despite countless complaints, including photos and videos, management has done nothing. The office is almost always closed, and when staff are present, they refuse to acknowledge the problem. Oh it was amazing….it was so nice I totally forgot my man and dogs were outta gas in a huge van on 95 in the Florida heat waiting on me for two days in it——right before the exit! Then decided to even stay for a few days just cause.
