I could not disagree MORE regarding the negative reviews as my own experience was the COMPLETE opposite. Since LA is not my home, I was concerned about a car issue and due to proximity I chose Marina Motorworks. I was greeted by the owner with a vibe nearly extinct in SoCal. Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with any repair shop that I have ever used. Bad customer service in every way possible! They don't know how to do engine swaps, nor do they have any knowledge or skills to work on classics. This is a below average shop. It's all smoke 'n mirrors! My car was ruined.
