Move in was hassle free. Grounds are kept nice. Workout room is bigger than I thought. They give you a nice gift bag on your move-in day but Barb gave me 2. Overall a pleasant experience.
The most fun I’ve had on the water front, the young lady who gave me a tour was awesome, her name was Chandler Montrie..beautiful personality, the grounds are professionally maintained by a friendly maintenance crew, I’m from Minnesota, but I do intend to sign a long term lease & make it my home away from home, when I visit family, thank you Chandler!!!
Very great place to live and Staff is more than professional. Barbara makes being a resident very pleasant. 10/10 recommend!!
The apartments are very well done. I think the amenities for the property are really nice and you cannot beat the proximity to park and Downtown Toledo.
