I am amazed. Beautiful view of the Maumee River. The scenery is amazing. Very beautiful on the inside. I am very happy and recommend to everyone. Chandler is the best, very knowledgeable and nice and welcoming!
I helped a buddy of mine moved back to his hometown of Toledo. And he found this apartment complex and couldn’t say enough good things about it and when I went to help him move I understand why the staff was so nice and accommodating especially Barb who had so much patience with my buddy who is not very tech savvy. The apartments are beautiful I especially love the swimming pool and the gym.
These apartment stairwells STINK like rotten trash because they let their tenant just pile trash outside of their apartment doors. Apartments look fancy from the outside til you get into the stairwell and smell nothing but rotting trash soaked into the wood. I bet when they open their doors the garbage smell fills their apartments too. NASTY. Whoever came up with the idea to just sit trash outside apartment doors—that’s a nasty idea.
I am only giving this place 3 stars because the onsite staff are wonderful, helpful, and kind. The owners of this property clearly do not care about it and are out to gouge every resident that they can. This property uses Nationwide Energy instead of allowing residents to set up their own energy accounts with Edison (FirstEnegry of OH); Nationwide just about doubles the charge of the cost of a normal energy bill (check their reviews), begs the question of if the property owners get a kickback for using Nationwide's services.... read more
