I am a resident of Marina Landing and was in the lobby speaking with Jay when Deena Marie came out of the elevators. Some parts of her review were very much exaggerated. Jay and I were in the middle of a conversation when Deena approached and interrupted without saying “excuse me” or asking if Jay could assist her. She requested a new sticker for her car. I am writing this review to formally document a very concerning and uncomfortable interaction I recently experienced with the Community Association Manager, Jay, at Marina Landing. For an extended period of time, the property has been under constant construction, and many amenities have been unavailable to residents. At this time, the only consistently accessible amenity appears to be an outdated gym with very old equipment. These conditions have significantly impacted the quality of living for residents. Love this building! Bought a place here over a year ago. No short term rentals means it’s a homey, quiet place. I know all my neighbors and they are all great people. Buildings in great shape and I love the pool and hot tub. It has some of the most reasonable quarterly dues in PCB. We have the best bay views out of all the buildings and there’s an adjacent marina.
