Frustrating doesn’t even begin to describe this place. They roll out the red carpet when you’re about to sign the lease, but the moment you become a tenant, the attitude flips completely. In just one year, this is the second time they’ve shut down the pool indefinitely — and of course, they never give a real reason. I’ll try to be as polite as possible. Here it goes: this place sucks!! The pool and gym were pretty much closed for several periods throughout the last year (and the pool is closed again this year), specially during summer (I have a theory that they don’t like the residents using the amenities) and they never give us a good reason, how convenient, right?! Gostaria de deixar aqui minha frustração e indignação, me mudei em agosto e fiquei mais de 3 meses sem utilizar a área de lazer pois estava fechada, ao entrar descobri que dentro do apartamento existe uma bomba de água que faz um barulho INSUPORTÁVEL que não foi comunicado antes que eu entrasse no apartamento( se não eu não moraria aqui), já fiz diversas reclamações mais nunca foi atendida Já os funcionários do office nos tratam com imenso desprezo e deboche , como se estivéssemos fazendo algum favor a eles, sempre que preci... read more
