STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!! very irresponsible office. Check her on yelp. You will see all horrible things about her office. The biggest mistake I have ever made in my life is went to her office for my unborn baby
I mistakenly recommended 2 of my coworkers and they both were very dissatisfied. she doesn't ask any questions nor is she attentive. She just wants to take your money and shoot you out the door. Whenever i would ask her any questions her answers were either rough or she didn't know the answer. A typical doctor would call to discuss your blood test results. When i received mine she never called. I reached out but was always busy and never called me back.
She is very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions patiently and spend time with me. I had a very bad experience with an irresponsible doctor previously, so meeting her and getting immediate help along with a smiling face made feel so good and happy. That is very important for a pregnant woman. Also, gave me an appointment in just 24 hours when I said it is kinda urgent. I cannot thank her enough. Love love love her. Staff is also very helpful and nice. Office is very clean.
Very bad office staffs. Didn't explain billing part at the front, then you get bill all the time. when you try to explain. no response from them. Never ever go to watste your money.
Dr Jacobson is great doctor,she is supportive .She explains everything nicely and listens to the problem and concerns.
I found Dr. Jacobson online. I went to the office it is very small and old looking. I was told to leave a urine sample upon arrival, the bathroom was not clean and the garbage was over flowing. We arrived on time to our appointment but still waited over an hour to be seen. I had my blood pressure taken while standing. Consult with dr. not warm. We were than moved to have a sonogram done, we waited for her again while she spoke to a man that was working on her comps
