They struggle to figure out insurance. My husband continues to be charged for whatever reason and each time they say something about his insurance not being updated. I have gone and asked questions, given them updated information and he continues to be charged for things insurance covers. The lady behind the desk was rude and in no way tried to come up with a solution.
RecommendedThank you Marina Hills Dental! My kids have gone a couple times and both times they have been excited to go even though they had to have work that would make even adult cringe. They are patient, kind, and constantly making sure their patient is comfortable. The entire staff is phenomenal and I can’t thank them enough for being so great to my kids.
They saved my boyfriend's birthday weekend and got him feeling good enough for his surprise party. They did an emergency procedure on a Saturday morning and didn't charge an arm and a leg. They were very compassionate given his fear of dentists.
Marina Hills is fantastic! I went in for a consultation about a year & a half ago for braces they gave me tons of options & payment options as I’m a cash paying client w/ no insurance. They were fantastic from start to finish! Only needed braces on little over a year & they were very thorough with ensuring it went as fast as possible! The staff are sooo nice & friendly. Great experience! When the kids are ready for braces I know where we are going!! Thx Marina!!
So far so good. Our family is really enjoying the switch to Marina Hills for our dental care. The staff is very friendly and I’ve never experienced a dental office that wanted to make you feel so comfortable before. Tvs, music, blankets, treasure box prize for the kids ect. Great customer service!

The staff here is amazing! Always going out of their way to help the patients, even when the patient makes it impossible (like my husband )
I've had really severe mouth pain for about a week and finally called. got me in super fast, took really great care of me, listened when I said I wasn't feeling well and even got me a juice and snack when they checked my (very low) blood sugar, gave me oxygen and numbed me more anytime I mentioned feeling anything. I left today very happy and impressed and not in pain like how the day began. ❤
