I’ve been bringing my car to Marina Del Rey Toyota’s service department for years, but after my most recent experience, I’ll most likely never return. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency. I was overcharged for a replacement part, and after I got home, I checked the dealership’s own website and found the exact same part listed at a significantly discounted price. Really professional staff who take time to listen to the issues and figure out the car problems. They go above and beyond with easy drops so you don’t have to wait around and give the car a good wash as well! Super friendly people makes the visit all that pleasant!

What’s the point in scheduling an appointment if you’re going to be ignored by not one but four employees at the service area. Went to Culver City Toyota instead, which is where I normally go and they are more professional.

Poor service and unprofessionalism. That’s all I can say about this place. I don’t recommend it, and I will avoid it from now on. Be careful with any documents they ask you to sign. I was asked to sign the vehicle release documents before the service was completed, which is highly irregular. I insisted on inspecting my vehicle first, resulting in an additional wait.
