I had a very disappointing experience. I had an appointment on July 22 and left work early, but was turned away with no help. I was told no one was available and the manager was on vacation. No one took responsibility. I came back on July 23 and was helped by Billy. He told me my Toyota Tire and Wheel Protection Plan wouldn’t cover a replacement or even a patch.
