What’s the point in scheduling an appointment if you’re going to be ignored by not one but four employees at the service area. Went to Culver City Toyota instead, which is where I normally go and they are more professional.
Poor service and unprofessionalism. That’s all I can say about this place. I don’t recommend it, and I will avoid it from now on. Be careful with any documents they ask you to sign. I was asked to sign the vehicle release documents before the service was completed, which is highly irregular. I insisted on inspecting my vehicle first, resulting in an additional wait.
Just like the actual dealership, the service department is awful too. My car has had two recalls in just two weeks - and mind you, I bought it brand new!
