I drove more than an hour, paid for parking, and even prepaid for a boat rental online. Only when I arrived, I was told that with my EZN international credit card I am not allowed to rent a motorized boat, and that a U.S. citizenship is required for that. None of this information was mentioned anywhere in the app or during the booking process. As a result, my trip was completely wasted, along with the time and money I spent. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I would not recommend this company for its lack of safety and customer service. I rented a Duffy for my sisters bday on Sunday July 27th. We arrived on time , 30 mins prior to our set departure time. After filing out the waivers. We waited for our boat. 20 mins past from our departure time until we were finally let on the boat. I wasn’t going to let the ruin our experience so I asked for 20 mins extension. And the man said 15 mins is fine. Whatever ok.
