No one is ever in the office. Every time I come during open hours that are posted there are no employees in the office. Update: so your response is to just restate what the hours are. I explained the first time I have gone 3 separate times during the hours you just posted. No one is ever there. So the correction did nothing to improve the situation, and you didn’t offer an apology either. I would leave 0 stars if I could for this follow up
This is a great apartment complex to live in! It is close to the parks, farmers market, and Safeway. Also has a nice pool, gym, and laundry area. Very safe and quiet neighborhood and blocks away from lots of restaurants and shopping. The management here including Britany are great! I would highly recommend living here if new to the SF area or just want to live in a safer, cleaner neighborhood.
