When I originally moved in over a year ago, I had no complaints. Management/neighbors were extremely friendly and it was a very well taken care of community. Over the past 6 months, it’s apparent that things have been neglected and there has been no efforts made my management to work on fixing these. The laundry room currently has 3 working washing machines/3 dryers for a community of 500+ people. The package room is a complete disaster and extremely disorganized. The package pickup system at 1550 Bay Street is absolutely horrifying, everyone’s packages are all over the place with no organization and even get stolen or taken by other residence. The least you guys can do is put some sheets of paper up saying unit 1-100, unit 101-200, etc and give some general organization to the space. This management team also does any thing to nickel and time you for the smallest to largest unforeseen expenses - and even overcharging you for them and forcing you to pay. I’ve been living in this community for about a year now, and it really feels like one of the best neighborhoods to live in San Francisco. The management team has been super helpful and supportive, special shoutout to Brittany, and Mary, who are always available to answer questions about the lease, amenities, or scheduling apartment visits.
