Journey Ford is wonderful. My service rep, Roger is incredibly patient. I brought my vehicle in an hour before getting it serviced because it broke down. Journey Ford is very thorough and kind.
This is the best manicurist to go to if you have thin and sensitive skin. I can truly relax without worry of being cut or rubbed raw.

Service department has outstanding customer service skills. Spoke with Theresa to schedule appointment for brake repair. Tony handled my car efficiently and effectively. He even offered me a loaner since I had a friend drive me up from Sausalito. When I picked up my car the next day, they had washed the outside and it looked almost new. I would recommend Journey Ford for car repair. My Ford Fiesta was in excellent hands.
