I'm disgusted with this location of business. The workers have no concern about the environment or for the safety of humans and wildlife alike. From careless garbage littered and never picked up or even addressed, to sales men on smoke break - witnessing a potential serious accident claiming - no I saw nothing is disgraceful! Own up to your human responsibility! Stop focusing on name change and marketing and get back to human nature.
Fran Lenaerts is the best MASTER service representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my entire driving history (50 years). My services for the past 13 years has been exceptional.
Roger worked with me to understand my needs and helped prioritize the most important service steps I needed. All other service technicians were very genuine, courteous and professional. I also really appreciated having a rental car at my disposal, although I did not need it.

Roger knows me by name, got me in and out in 1.5 hours!!! lovely waiting room (I asked to have the t.v. turned off) and time passed quickly. Donny washed my truck and did a fabulous job. I visited the sales room and Victoria showed me a Ford Fusion hybrid!

Journey Ford is wonderful. My service rep, Roger is incredibly patient. I brought my vehicle in an hour before getting it serviced because it broke down. Journey Ford is very thorough and kind.
