I would like to say that Marin County Ford have the best staff, salesman, GM. I was helped immediately treated with best customer service from Oscar, Choi and John. Oscar got in contact with me first day I was interested in my new F-150 and always was helpful answering my questions, negotiations made easy and just always with a great attitude and happiness to even help me out. Got a ford maverick with 6k miles on it and after a couple months it began suffering from an electrical issue. I brought it to ford 6 times and they couldn’t fix it. Told me sometimes there ‘a ghost in the machine’….. I’m not joking they literally said those words. They kept it for 4-5 days each times with no loaner car or reimbursement for rentals, and NEVER once did anything to actually address the issue. After warranty they tried to charge me for the fix. Today I agreed to pay full price for a car. The sales guy sent me a video earlier today. I was waiting for the sales contract. I got a text from my sales guy 2 hours later that someone was on his way in to buy the car. I said how can that be since I agreed to buy it already. h He said there was nothing he could do. So I talked to the sales manager. He said the car was actually sold last night.
