Absolutely horrible experience after bringing my 2024 Ford F350 here for service. I brought my truck in after water started leaking water from the ceiling in December 2025. A large volume of water had leaked into the truck and rendered the truck un-drivable due to damage to the electronics from the water intrusion. My service advisor, Pablo was horrible about communicating anything to me or ever calling back when he said he would.
