I had a great experience at this dealership. I had just left another dealership that sold the truck I wanted before I got there and I was defensive and not in a good mood. I met with Philip and he immediately put me at ease. I brought my wife and 4-month old baby girl and they were already over it. He made us popcorn, got us water and made sure we were comfortable. Do not buy from Marin county Ford. The salesman Angelo was the highlight of the dealership, he took his time with a couple different test drives. We are thankful for him but not so much for the dealership We came in at the end of the month of employee pricing to save some money but the problem was that the dealership wouldn't let us buy the cheap Xl truck unless we payed extra for the dealer markups.
