Once you have signed the contract and driven off with the car, you are no longer considered a client. No one will call you back, nor will they reply to your emails. We purchased a vehicle in December with the understanding that the dealership would order specific parts and install additional glass for us—and we paid for this service. My 2013 Fusion too expensive to repair. Jeremy in the sales department guided me through my options of selling it on auction or Carmax. I got an awesome deal on Carmax thanks to Jeremy's expert guidance. He was so very helpful and kind. Hats off to Jeremy :)
Horrible service experience! I had an appointment to bring my Expedition in for a warranty repair. Upon checking in I was told it would need to stay overnight and the technician would assess the problem next day. Hmm, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Next day, no call from service advisor. Two days after drop-off I called three times before anyone would relay information to me. The service advisor was always "busy" and could not come to the phone.
