I've been seeing Dr. McConnell since I was 8 and he was (I'm pretty sure) not even 30 yet and just starting out. Boy has this one come a long way, he's hitting home runs with all things dentistry. Dr. McConnell offers innovative, cutting edge and super modern approaches to dentistry and I won't go anywhere else. I've had experience with a few dental practices, but none compare to the warm, friendly, courteous, professional, superbly competent staff at McConnell/Banks. The environment is gracious and comfortable, and over the years I've grown in trust and confidence that I'm getting the care I need to support my dental health long-term. It says a lot when the same staff is there year after year and always seem happy to see me, and to work together.

I have had the best luck finding this dental establishment with the best reviews I've ever seen, so I decided to make the trip from Oakland to give their services a whirl and I haven't been let down at all! All of the dental hygienists are completely educated in what they're doing, VERY gentle, educate you on caring for your oral hygiene, and care so much about you. Your staff is not only pleasant, but thorough, has a sense of humor and gets done what needs to be done in a timely fashion! My comfort is always considered first; making my visit to the dentist enjoyable. In the past I would not put dentist and enjoyable in the same sentence:) Thank you for caring!

And they have the best team to deal with it. I can't thank the practice enough for all the care and attention they have provided since I switched to their practice over 3 years ago. It's about a 45 minute drive from home for me but well worth it.

I just finished my second deep cleaning with Arestin application and my results are phenomenal. I am so excited. I didn't want periodontal surgery and the therapy advised by Dr. McConnell is absolutely working. My gums, teeth and over all health is incredibly better. My sense of smell, taste and teeth sensation has significantly increased in positive ways. The team effort to help me have better my oral health is a dream come true. This terrific office fit me in as a new patient with an emergency need to repair a seriously broken front tooth. The staff was wonderful from the front office staff to the dental assistant, and Dr. McConnell did first rate work. -My dentist of 30 years was out of town and may soon be retiring - so I may have found my new dentist! (I'm very dentist-phobic - so this is high praise)
