7-8 months ago Dr McConnell saw me on an emergency basis to replace a brand new crown that had broken 2 days after getting it in Mill Valley. I had an exposed nerve it was excruciating. He got me in made a crown on the spot and made everything all right. He was kind professional and reassuring (my first crown!) This Monday, I had appointments for myself and my 10 yr old twins. Michelle was amazing! I live in Hayward but drive all the way to Novato just because I cannot change practice thanks to the amazing care they provide.

Cleaning I had was very good. Jackie was delightful and most thorough on maintenance techniques.
I visited for my first teeth cleaning and had a positive experience. The hygienist was warm, positive and provided good explanations. I’ll be back in 3 months!
Have been seeing Dr McConnell and staff for many years. Everyone is extremely nice and make me feel comfortable. I only gave a 7 pt rating as the more people I recommend, it makes it harder to get an appt. Otherwise it would be a definite 10 :)
Always pleasant and professional. Like I have stated last visit I have been a patient for about 42 years! Amy is so pleasant and sweet, makes you feel comfortable! Marie and Vicki are always so pleasant to all the patients.
From the time you walk in the door everyone is so friendly ! You can tell they work as a team and enjoy what they do. I get a bit nervous going to the dentist, but Aimee was very kind and reassuring for my treatment ! It made for a pleasant experience. The office is comfortable, really clean and they have state of the art equipment, which is cool. Thanks Marin Modern Dentistry !
